Over an ongoing game of chess, two men -one dressed in a black, the other in white suit- discuss art and life. Through their conversation it's revealed that the man in white is a director and the man in black is death himself. From this moment on it becomes clear that the room they are in represents purgatory.
The film will be around 8 minutes and visually minimalistic, being almost entirely in black and white, with the exception of the character's skin tones, which will stay in colour. The goal of the film is to bring classic cinema and art to a younger audience and to form a crew of young filmmakers and film enthusiasts who share this vision.
