SHE FELL.
SHE FOUGHT.
SHE FOUND GRACE.
In Judo, you learn how to fall.
But what happens when life knocks you down?
FALL. RISE. is the story of Abigail Teunnisen, a professional Judo athlete whose journey through pain, disappointment and the darkest battles of her life led her to an unexpected encounter with faith.
This is more than a story about Judo.
It is a story about judgement, surrender, grace and the courage to rise again.
“If people see me, I want them to see Jesus through me.”
FALL. RISE.
