Dear friends from PAZZ: me and my colleague Ana Novaro are looking for a DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY and an ART DIRECTOR for her graduation short film. The film will be shot in July and is currently entering pre-production.
This intimate family drama explores the lasting legacy of dictatorship within an Argentinian family, following three generations of women living under the weight of silence, fear and unresolved memory. Blending dark humor with emotional tension, the film examines how political violence continues to echo through domestic life, a deeply urgent subject in a Latin America where collective memory remains fragile and contested.
Considering the theme of the film, we would prefer if these professionals were LATIN AMERICANS and SPANISH SPEAKERS - but *it's NOT mandatory*
Among the visual references for our film is the work of Argentinian filmmaker Lucretia Martel. If you'd be interested in this project, please contact me at endofilmes@gmail.com. If you have a portfolio or reel, the conversation will be easier ;)
Thank you and talk to you soon!
Nate Buzelli.
